Rubrik is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Melbourne territory to drive new logo acquisition and account expansion in the large enterprise segment. You will own all elements of bookings growth, managing a territory focused on new business development while also driving expansion within existing accounts.
In this role, you will define and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities. You'll develop and manage a large pipeline of strategic transactions, identify growth opportunities with large enterprise accounts, and present Rubrik's data protection and cyber resilience solutions within complex data center environments. You'll collaborate with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners to drive results. Additionally, you'll co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs, and provide market feedback to leadership on local opportunities and potential channel partnerships.
Rubrik's Security Cloud delivers complete cyber resilience by securing, monitoring, and recovering data, identities, and workloads across clouds. The company also offers Rubrik Agent Cloud for accelerating trusted AI agent deployments at scale with real-time monitoring and guardrails.
You will operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and demonstrate Rubrik's RIVET values through effective collaboration and a positive environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of technology sales experience (IT Infrastructure and/or SaaS)
- Consistent track record of landing new logos
- Strong performance history selling to Enterprise companies
- Demonstrated ability to generate self-sourced pipeline and close net new business
- Experience with MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology
- Understanding and experience working with channel partners
- Highly driven, goal-oriented "get it done" attitude
- Experience selling complex solutions
