Tremendous is a global platform enabling businesses to send payouts and gift cards to anyone, anywhere. The company is profitable, fully remote, and trusted by 20,000 organizations including Atlassian, MIT, and United Way.
As Enterprise Account Executive for Higher Education, you will own the university vertical across the United States with true accountability for market development and growth strategy. This is a hunter-focused role (70% new logo, 30% expansion) where you will build and execute against your own territory strategy.
You will focus on three primary use cases: research teams paying study participants, HR/student affairs teams running recognition programs, and student affairs departments issuing stipends. The strategy is to win one use case on a campus, then multi-thread across departments to expand the relationship into additional revenue streams.
Key responsibilities include: building and executing a deliberate target list strategy; mastering the three core use cases and their buyer personas, pain points, and objections; multi-threading across campus departments to expand single-use-case wins into multi-department accounts; navigating higher education's unique buying processes (RFPs, procurement, security questionnaires, purchasing consortiums); owning a quota and forecast; and shaping go-to-market strategy in a vertical the company is investing in.
You will have SDR support and inbound leads, but are expected to self-source the majority of your pipeline. The role offers significant growth potential as you build market share in a new vertical for the company.

- Comfort navigating longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles while maintaining pipeline momentum
