LangChain is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales growth for its AI agent engineering platform. You'll own the full sales cycle—from lead generation through contract close—selling LangSmith and related products to technical teams at enterprise companies. This is a high-visibility position where you'll help define and iterate on sales playbooks, bring customer insights back to product teams, and support long-term customer relationships post-sale. The company has strong traction: 100M+ monthly open-source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 35% of the Fortune 500 using LangSmith in production, including Klarna, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, and others.
LangChain raised $125M at Series B from top-tier VCs (IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, Sapphire Ventures) and is at a stage of accelerating growth where individual contributions have meaningful impact.
