Staffbase is an AI-native Employee Experience Platform company (unicorn, $1B+ valuation) seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and revenue growth in the New York market. You will identify and cultivate relationships with enterprise clients, develop strategic account plans to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts, and quarterback the full deal cycle from discovery through close.
Key responsibilities include becoming an expert on employee communication and engagement strategies, conducting in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs and business objectives, rallying internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product) to ensure client success. You will stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in employee communication, positioning Staffbase as a thought leader and trusted partner.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets, ideally in web technology, collaboration, communication, or innovative online products. You need 2+ years of enterprise sales experience, emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and experience working with communications teams, IT, HR, and C-level executives. Start-up/scale-up environment experience is preferred. A Bachelor's degree, MBA, or sales training certification is a plus.
