Seso is modernizing back-office operations for American farms through a software-enabled labor platform. The company has raised over $60M from Tier I investors (Index, Founders Fund, Bond) and is recognized as a Forbes Rising Star and part of Andreessen Horowitz's American Dynamism 50. The platform automates H-2A visa processing, streamlines hiring, onboarding, payroll, and insurance while providing agricultural workers access to financial services.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage a territory covering the Northeast (NY, NJ, PA, DE) and drive revenue from both net new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. You'll sell Seso's comprehensive HR platform to large agricultural employers, building relationships with stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Operations departments.
Key responsibilities include: developing territory strategy for identifying and closing net new sales opportunities; prospecting into targeted strategic accounts; leveraging sales methodologies like MEDDIC to execute deal strategies; presenting and selling directly to C-level executives; collaborating on contract negotiation and deal closure; and managing sales activity and revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
The ideal candidate brings existing relationships within the agricultural community—growers, farm labor contractors (FLCs), ag associations, H-2A agents, farm bureaus, or adjacent service providers like ag insurance or equipment sales. You understand how to sell against legacy systems and manual processes, thrive in fast-moving startup environments, and can translate industry trust into consultative sales cycles. Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder deals is essential. Experience in payroll, HRIS, or workforce management software is preferred. Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
