Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 / annual
Parabola is a no-code data automation platform that serves as a spreadsheet alternative, enabling companies to combine data from multiple sources and create automated workflows. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be a core member of Parabola's growing sales organization, reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with the broader go-to-market team. You will be responsible for sourcing and closing new enterprise business, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and closing new business to meet quarterly quotas
- Leading discovery calls with prospective customers to identify meaningful initial use cases for Parabola
- Conducting product demos and managing proofs of concept (POCs) for retail, freight, and other operationally complex businesses
- Sharing customer insights with product, engineering, and design teams to inform product development
- Developing custom pricing plans to drive initial sales and expansion revenue
You will engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders at large organizations, manage complex enterprise sales cycles from pipeline generation through POC and commercial negotiations, and help establish Parabola's enterprise sales playbook from the ground up.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive, ideally at a fast-growing startup or larger tech company (the company emphasizes that fast learning and problem-solving ability matter more than years alone)
- Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, including pipeline generation, POCs, and commercial negotiations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Experience learning new tools, processes, and building things from scratch
- Based in New York City or San Francisco with ability to commute to office approximately 3 times per week

- Deep product expertise and ability to understand customer pain points and use cases at a granular level
