Numeric is a modern financial data platform for accounting and finance, combining data, workflows, and AI-first solutions to help accounting teams achieve verifiable financial data faster. The company has strong product-market fit with customers including Anthropic, Plaid, Brex, and Betterment, and is backed by top-tier investors including Menlo Ventures, IVP, Founders Fund, and 8VC. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts, from prospecting and pipeline generation through demo, negotiation, and closed-won deals. You will run discovery calls and tailored demos that connect Numeric's platform to each prospect's specific accounting and finance challenges. You'll maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and crisp, timely follow-up, managing your deals end-to-end with precision. Additionally, you will share market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and customer insights back to Product, Marketing, and Leadership to inform company strategy. The role emphasizes being a pivotal member at a company ready for scale, with an in-person presence in San Francisco or New York (in-office by default with flexibility to manage your schedule). The company culture is built on core principles: Brick by Brick (showing up and executing daily), Love the Game (deep engagement and craftsmanship), SALY (refusing to accept "Same As Last Year" and reimagining what's possible), Own the Outcome (taking responsibility for results with high-trust mandates), and Earn the Right (relentlessly iterating and improving). You should move fast, leverage tools and technology to maximize selling time, and be comfortable managing a pipeline of a dozen or more opportunities. You skillfully guide prospects through their entire buying process, engaging the right stakeholders at the right time to create consensus. You treat sales as a listening exercise, ask questions with precision, and can explain complex concepts in simple terms. You share insights about the market, product, and industry trends back to the company and obsess over sending crisp follow-up emails on time while taking pride in your forecast. REQUIREMENTS: - 7-10 years of full-cycle closing experience selling complex SaaS - Experience selling into the Office of the CFO, including ERP, billing and revenue, finance systems, or data warehouse applications - Excitement about meaningfully contributing to the sales motion and culture from the ground up
