Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 / annual
Knit is an AI-native consumer research platform that automates and accelerates primary research for enterprise brands including Amazon, T-Mobile, Mars, and NASCAR. The platform condenses quant + qual research from weeks into days or hours, and the company is scaling to democratize world-class research capabilities.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive Knit's growth by identifying, engaging, and closing net-new enterprise partnerships while expanding existing client relationships through cross-sell strategies. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will prospect, qualify, and close new business while collaborating closely with Research and Customer Success teams to ensure product-market fit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive net-new revenue by identifying and closing partnerships with enterprise organizations
- Lead a consultative, insight-driven sales process from discovery through close, positioning Knit as a trusted partner
- Develop tailored outreach strategies and partner with Marketing on inbound interest
- Ensure seamless post-sale handoffs with clear articulation of client goals and success criteria
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing clients to expand Knit's footprint
- Maintain high standards for pipeline integrity, forecasting accuracy, and deal documentation
- Represent Knit at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Continuously experiment and improve sales processes with creativity and proactive thinking
You'll join a collaborative, fast-scaling team building something category-defining in the insights space, with a voice in shaping sales processes and how enterprise clients experience Knit.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience leading a consultative, full-cycle enterprise sales process
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Experience selling $100K+ annual contracts to Fortune 1000 companies
- Sales approach with strong emphasis on discovery—thoughtful, intentional, curious, and consultative
- Exceptionally organized with disciplined pipeline management and attention to detail
- Deep curiosity and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling value propositions
- Experience working in collaborative, fast-scaling environments alongside customer success, marketing, and product teams
- Builder's mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and energized by shaping sales playbooks as the company grows
Nice to haves: Direct experience selling into Insights, Analytics, or Marketing teams at enterprise organizations; familiarity with market research tools, methodologies, or data platforms; background in SaaS, AI, or technology-enabled services; experience in high-growth or startup environments.
