AmorSui is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business within hospitals, health systems, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation, implementation, and expansion, building relationships with procurement leaders, infection prevention teams, supply chain executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic account plans to drive multi-site growth across healthcare systems, leading consultative sales discussions focused on operational improvement, cost savings, sustainability, and infection prevention outcomes, and converting pilot programs into long-term enterprise partnerships. You'll navigate complex healthcare purchasing processes, value analysis committees, vendor onboarding, GPO relationships, and enterprise contracting while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of healthcare sales experience selling directly into hospitals, health systems, IDNs, acute care organizations, healthcare procurement organizations, GPOs, or DSOs. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in complex healthcare environments with demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder buying processes involving procurement, clinical leadership, operations, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership. Strong experience with contract negotiations and healthcare purchasing processes, excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to work independently in a high-growth startup environment, and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Highly preferred: background in medical device sales, med-surg sales, PPE and infection prevention products, healthcare supply chain solutions, healthcare distribution, clinical products, healthcare sustainability programs, or hospital procurement solutions. Experience working with GPOs, value analysis committees, healthcare sourcing teams, supply chain leadership, or infection prevention departments is highly desirable.
Travel required: up to 50% of the time to customer sites, industry events, and strategic meetings. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role requiring the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage long sales cycles in complex provider organizations.
