Salary: EUR 64,350 - 106,200 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model in the Milan market. You will be responsible for account planning, territory planning, prospect research, and field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects and verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with multiple C-suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product lines
- Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy across a broad virtual team including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and advising on how ServiceNow solutions can support their IT roadmap
- Identify and coordinate appropriate specialist and support resources to bring into deals at the right time
- Produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-level relationships
- Achieve sales targets and promote a customer success focus in a team-oriented environment

The role is subject to the National Collective Bargaining Agreement of Trade Sector (CCNL) and will be classified as Quadro. Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-level relationships
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Understanding of IT roadmaps and broader business strategy
- Experience promoting customer success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
