HiddenLayer is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives focused on AI security products and services. The company protects the world's most valuable technologies from adversarial AI attacks and was founded by AI professionals and security specialists. HiddenLayer has recently raised $100M in Series B funding led by Delta-v Capital, with backing from Morgan Stanley, Microsoft's venture arm, and Booz Allen Hamilton, achieving 10x revenue growth and 50+ new enterprise customers with deployments across defense, finance, and major AI platforms.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base within the AI security market. You will build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand business needs and position solutions effectively. Responsibilities include leading complex negotiations and contract discussions, collaborating with internal teams to develop customized proposals and demonstrations, tracking sales performance metrics and pipeline management using CRM tools, and representing HiddenLayer at industry events and conferences to establish thought leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of proven enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or AI technology industry
- Deep understanding of AI security concepts including machine learning, threat detection, anomaly detection, and data protection
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical solutions into tangible business benefits
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
