Hinge Health is seeking an Enrollment Marketing Associate to join the Growth Marketing team. This role supports the planning and execution of enrollment marketing programs for a large portfolio of clients (5,000–20,000 eligible lives per client), using B2C marketing best practices within a scaled, client-specific operating model.
You will own client-specific communications planning and campaign execution across your book of business. Key responsibilities include:
• Creating communications plans and pitch materials tailored to each client's approved marketing information, products, channels, and campaign timing.
• Partnering with Client Success to prepare client-facing materials, support plan reviews, and secure client approvals.
• Maintaining enrollment marketing information, activities, deployment details, and records in Salesforce and other systems of record.
• Supporting execution readiness through personalization QA, channel checks, asset coordination, and timely escalation of risks to Marketing Operations.
• Processing client change requests through established workflows (dates, channels, personalization, campaign status, etc.).
• Evaluating requests for changes to cadence, touchpoint frequency, or content; partnering with Client Success and leadership on alternatives and exceptions.
• Monitoring campaign performance and deployment issues, maintaining issue tracking, and providing analysis to help Client Success address client needs.
• Collaborating with Enrollment Marketing leaders and cross-functional teams (Client Success, Marketing Operations, Growth, Design, Data Analytics) to scale programs, improve operational efficiency, and drive performance.
• Contributing to documentation, process improvements, team enablement, and shared resources.
• Using AI and automation thoughtfully to improve planning, QA, reporting, and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, account service, or a related role
• 2+ years of experience using project management tools and Google Workspace
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with clients, account teams, or cross-functional partners
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing Operations, Engineering, Design, Growth, and Data Analytics to build and deliver marketing programs or materials
• Professional experience supporting a high-volume book of business or managing multiple concurrent campaigns and projects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, workflows, and details simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor information for cross-functional partners and support client-facing teams
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to anticipate challenges, investigate issues, and resolve them efficiently
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Asana, Highspot, or similar marketing and workflow tools
• Demonstrated AI-curious mindset: experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity, with comfort experimenting, iterating, and learning as AI capabilities evolve
