Eight Sleep is seeking a Hardware Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of innovative sleep fitness products from concept through mass production. The role is based in the San Francisco office, requiring 5 days/week in-office presence.
In this position, you will:
- Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production, managing timelines and risk mitigation
- Build alignment with senior leadership to establish clear program objectives and design execution strategies that balance schedule and risk
- Navigate project teams to ensure the right people are working on the right priorities at the right time
- Communicate across engineering disciplines and business functions to ensure alignment on risks, challenges, and results
- Champion best practices and processes that scale product development capabilities
- Advocate for product excellence to deliver the best possible customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years in a program management role
- Track record of launching successful products
- Strong communication skills across various engineering disciplines
- Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed
