Braze is seeking an Engagement Manager for AI Deployment to lead the execution of AI decisioning solutions for enterprise customers. This is an individual contributor role on a growing team focused on deploying Braze's AI Decisioning Studio use cases across a wide range of industries.
You will own the complete AI deployment lifecycle, from initial use case design through final user acceptance testing. Key responsibilities include:
• Lead the entire deployment process, managing scoping, technical setup, and UAT for AI decisioning solutions
• Facilitate hands-on technical workshops with customers to align on objectives, technical specifications, model configuration, and integration architecture
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the AI deployment process, managing deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders including senior leadership
• Drive continuous process improvement by refining the standardized AI deployment playbook to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
• Influence the product roadmap by providing customer-centric insights and ensuring the platform evolves to meet changing customer and deployment team requirements
You are a highly organized, entrepreneurial leader with strong technical acumen and a customer-centric mindset. You excel at navigating complex projects and building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. You have significant experience managing technical projects from conception to completion, bringing together technical and non-technical teams with exceptional clarity and persuasiveness. You come from a professional services or consulting background and are expert at leading workshops with senior-level stakeholders. You understand customer needs deeply while confidently pushing back on requests misaligned with program goals. You possess hands-on technical experience allowing you to contribute to architectural and machine learning design at a conceptual level—you can exchange ideas with customers' marketing, data engineering, and data science teams. You are proactive, resourceful, and driven to identify unmet needs and develop solutions that strengthen the business.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5–7 years of project management, consulting, or professional services experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (advanced degrees such as MBA or MS preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in managing technical projects from start to finish
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops and lead senior-level stakeholder engagement
• Hands-on technical background with conceptual understanding of architecture and machine learning
• Exceptional organizational skills and communication clarity
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with drive for continuous process improvement
