Salary: GBP 90,000 - 100,000 / annual
Cyderes is seeking an experienced Engagement Lead for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to lead enterprise identity security implementations across the UK. This is a customer-facing delivery leadership role managing end-to-end project execution for complex IAM/IGA implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Identity Governance implementations
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements across the UK region
- Serve as primary customer contact and trusted advisor throughout project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, and executive status reporting
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and change control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, architects, business analysts, and technical staff
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews
- Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery standards
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years delivering enterprise IAM/IGA projects
- Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing consulting engagements
- Deep knowledge of Identity Governance concepts: Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Certification, RBAC, Birthright Access, Segregation of Duties, Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, Identity Provisioning
- Experience leading multiple enterprise software implementation projects
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven track record with UK enterprise IAM/IGA implementations
- Consulting or professional services background
- Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent)
- Experience in regulated industries (manufacturing, retail, utilities, financial services, healthcare)
- SailPoint and/or CyberArk certifications preferred
