Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-scale CRM implementation projects. You will own end-to-end project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer implementations. Key responsibilities include: creating and managing detailed project plans with regular progress monitoring; ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining governance and project gates; tracking resource utilization and managing project budgets; managing day-to-day execution of Salesforce implementations; handling scope changes and risk management; serving as the primary customer interface; facilitating requirements gathering and technical design documentation with architects and developers; coordinating UAT with end users and obtaining sign-offs; managing stakeholder communications at Director+ levels; and driving business process improvements through Salesforce technologies. You will manage one to two large projects or multiple interrelated smaller projects requiring complex cross-functional collaboration. The role demands strong project leadership, business acumen, and analytical skills. You'll facilitate workshops, mentor junior team members, and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders. Required qualifications: 5+ years in project management leading enterprise CRM projects; proven Salesforce experience; demonstrated leadership managing project teams, budgets, and schedules; ability to manage Director+ level stakeholders with strong negotiation and executive communication skills; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written); capability to lead both small and enterprise-wide engagements; ability to identify and manage project risks proactively; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology (or equivalent); willingness to travel. Preferred: Agile SCRUM Master Certification, Project Management Certification (Prince2, APM, or PMP), and Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, Marketing). You should thrive in fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environments and perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
