As an Engagement Associate, you'll support the post-sale customer experience for Legora's strategic and enterprise accounts. You'll work alongside Engagement Managers and Directors to drive adoption and long-term value realization for world-class legal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to each client's adoption playbook and change-management strategy, including stakeholder mapping and target outcomes
- Owning discrete workstreams from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption
- Building product fluency and understanding client legal workflows to surface expansion opportunities
- Supporting structured operating cadence: preparing success plans, running enablement sessions, and conducting value reviews
- Coordinating cross-functionally (GTM, Product, Engineering, Support) to accelerate client success
- Tracking account health and usage metrics, flagging risks and opportunities
- Channeling customer feedback to inform product roadmap and positioning
- Supporting key commercial moments and expansion signals
You'll learn from senior Engagement Managers and grow toward owning your own account book. This is a fast-track role for someone eager to understand how transformation is designed and led within large, complex organizations.
Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or related B2B SaaS/legal tech roles. You should have experience supporting client-level projects, working with enterprise stakeholders, and ideally exposure to legal, compliance, or regulated industries. Strong organizational skills, project management instincts, and clear communication (written and verbal) are essential. High EQ and comfort running client calls with senior stakeholders are important.
