This customer-facing role bridges technical product knowledge with scalable enablement strategy, working closely with Customer Success, Applied AI Architects, Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
Key responsibilities include designing customer onboarding journeys tailored to different roles, technical readiness, and AI experience levels; delivering high-quality enablement through technical kickoffs, workshops, office hours, webinars, and train-the-trainer sessions; making complex agentic-workflow concepts accessible to both technical and nontechnical audiences; guiding customers through setup, permissions, connectors, credits, and workflow configuration; diagnosing adoption barriers to determine whether blockers are knowledge-based, process-related, configuration issues, or product capability gaps; routing complex needs to appropriate teams (Applied AI Architects, Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering); creating scalable enablement assets including curricula, checklists, implementation guides, lifecycle communications, videos, and examples; using product and usage data to segment customers by readiness, identify consumption stalls, deliver targeted interventions, and measure activation, time to first value, repeat usage, and program effectiveness; and bringing customer patterns and feedback back to internal teams to inform product and support improvements.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in technical onboarding, customer enablement, implementation, solutions consulting, customer education, or technically oriented Customer Success roles; proven program-building experience designing and delivering onboarding and training across live and self-service formats; strong facilitation and communication skills for explaining complex product and AI concepts to diverse audiences; technical fluency with permissions, connectors, models, credits, workflows, and integration concepts; strong diagnostic judgment to identify root causes of adoption blockers; data-informed mindset using product and usage data to identify gaps and measure impact; cross-functional collaboration ability; and high ownership in fast-moving environments.
Nice-to-haves include experience with AI products, agentic workflows, enterprise SaaS, or technically complex platforms; building technical onboarding for enterprise customers; background in adult learning, instructional design, or enablement operations; and experience developing customer-facing technical content, workshops, or certification programs.
