Motive is seeking an Enablement Business Partner to design and execute enablement strategies for the Downmarket business segment, with primary focus on Networks teams and SDRs. This is an individual contributor role responsible for qualifying, designing, delivering, and measuring enablement interventions that equip go-to-market teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to exceed their goals.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing enablement strategies aligned with global sales objectives; developing domain expertise across different sales motions (Direct vs. Channel) and roles (Business Development, Account Executives, Account Managers); collecting and synthesizing field intelligence through call listening, interviews, and conversational intelligence to refine solutions; partnering with global enablement professionals and cross-functional teams like AI Operations and QA; owning the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement initiatives from planning through measurement; creating new enablement solutions including AI tools, sales playbooks, product updates, and competitive intelligence; and leading large-scale live training and small-group coaching sessions with high energy and authenticity.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales enablement experience in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations, preferably with international market exposure. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; proven track record building and scaling enablement programs across multiple organizations and regions; experience building enablement solutions with AI technology (Glean, Claude, Gemini, etc.); certification in at least one sales methodology (Challenger Sale, Force Management, Solution Selling, Value Selling); strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design; excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills; demonstrated customer-first, results-oriented mindset; and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
