BillionToOne, a publicly traded genomics and diagnostics company, is seeking an EMR Integration Specialist to serve as a liaison between prenatal sales representatives and healthcare providers. This role is critical to driving successful implementation of EMR integrations that enable healthcare providers to seamlessly access BillionToOne's UNITY platform for ordering and workflow management.
You will own the end-to-end integration process, collaborating closely with healthcare providers, hospital IT departments, and internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time, and on-budget implementations. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining expertise in BillionToOne's EMR solutions, leading workflow assessments, managing implementation timelines, coordinating data migration and billing configuration, providing end-user training, and serving as the primary point of contact for post-go-live support and issue resolution.
You will also educate BillionToOne's sales teams and external clients on EMR integration capabilities, navigate IT project requests, and work with sales to continuously enhance the onboarding experience. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to build effective relationships across healthcare organizations and internal teams, and a deep understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare workflows, and EMR integration processes.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience implementing EMR systems, electronic health records, or patient/provider portals, preferably at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab. You should be tech-savvy with proven healthcare project management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US.
