Salesforce is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join its Employee Success team, supporting the Southeast Asia (ASEAN) region. This role is part of a centralized Employee Relations function reporting to the Director of Employee Relations for ASEAN. You will provide expert employee relations and performance management support across the region, handling complex, high-risk, and sensitive cases with consistency and fairness. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough workplace investigations, gathering and analyzing facts, applying relevant employment laws and company policies, and documenting findings in detailed investigation reports. You will work closely with internal employment attorneys, internal audit teams, and other investigative bodies as needed. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), providing guidance on employee behavior and performance concerns, helping develop appropriate feedback and corrective actions aligned with company practices. You'll facilitate conflict resolution for lower-risk disagreements, deliver disciplinary actions when required, and maintain comprehensive case documentation. Additional responsibilities include collaborating on workforce change and reduction strategies, tracking and analyzing case trends using Salesforce's case management system, assisting with ER and HR policy development, and creating presentations on ER topics and learnings. You will leverage AI tools to improve workflows and streamline documentation. The role requires supporting other APAC locations as needed for adequate regional coverage. You are a strong relationship builder who can establish trust with employees at all levels, work independently with minimal supervision, and remain calm under pressure. You have excellent attention to detail, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
