Belvedere Trading, a leading proprietary trading firm headquartered in downtown Chicago, is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to join its People Team. The Employee Experience team shapes what it feels like to work at Belvedere by creating meaningful programs, experiences, and traditions that foster connection, engagement, and community.
In this role, you will serve as a visible culture ambassador, building relationships across the firm and creating opportunities for team members to feel connected, included, and valued. You will continuously identify and implement creative ways to enhance the in-office experience, from celebrations and employee appreciation moments to workplace amenities, seasonal programming, and engagement activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Regularly gather employee feedback and observations to identify opportunities to improve workplace experiences and strengthen engagement
- Manage ongoing Employee Experience programs, ensuring common areas and employee-facing resources reflect a welcoming, high-energy, people-first environment
- Partner with office management and People Team stakeholders to create memorable moments throughout the year that strengthen community and reinforce company values
- Lead the planning and execution of company events across all office locations, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences
- Manage end-to-end event delivery, including budget tracking, vendor sourcing, invitation development, agenda creation, attendee management, and logistics coordination
- Coordinate event communications, registrations, onsite operations, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless employee experience
- Collect and analyze event metrics, engagement data, and feedback to measure program effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Provide onsite support for meetings and events, including attendee experience, A/V setup, technology troubleshooting, and day-of logistics
- Anticipate challenges, proactively solve issues, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences
- Partner cross-functionally with People Team colleagues and business leaders to create engaging employee experiences aligned with firm culture and business objectives

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Forms
- Ability to sit and concentrate for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Regular and reliable attendance during standard business hours; occasional nights and weekends required
- Occasional travel may be required for off-site events, conferences, or job fairs
