Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company and the world's largest open customer review platform. This role is a strategic talent leadership position reporting to the Senior Director of Talent, responsible for shaping and sustaining executive capability across the organization.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of top leadership talent, balancing external executive search with internal development. Your dual mandate is to ensure the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) are equipped with the right people—whether grown internally or recruited externally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting global executive search strategy: Define how Trustpilot headhunts, targets, and positions itself to attract top-tier talent for SLT and ELT roles
- Guiding executive search execution: Direct and develop the TA Manager (Executive Hiring) who manages live search delivery, maintaining exceptionally high hiring standards
- Driving senior leadership capability and development: Partner with People Business Partners to assess senior capability holistically, identifying development needs, stretch assignments, or repositioning opportunities
- Leading Big Talent, Big Patch: Drive the annual process for identifying critical senior roles and positioning high-performing, high-potential leaders for maximum impact
- Owning the Global Talent Review (GTR) for executive tiers: Oversee performance and potential assessments across SLT and the tier directly below, creating visibility on succession pipelines
- Conducting targeted leadership assessments: Determine when formal assessments are needed for incoming or internal talent, using insights to build tailored L&D plans
- Building succession plans: Identify future successors across executive ranks and design targeted development pathways to close capability gaps before vacancies arise
- Informing executive stakeholders and the Board: Partner with the Senior Director of Talent to deliver data-backed updates on leadership capability, talent pipelines, and succession to PLT, ELT, and the Board
- Managing executive talent budgets: Oversee and optimize spend across executive search, leadership development programs, and external assessment tools
You are an executive search strategist with proven ability to position roles and identify top-tier talent. You have a track record of building succession plans and conducting leadership assessments, with instinctive judgment about whether leaders need stretch assignments, coaching, or development runway. You are a trusted strategic partner who can have honest, actionable conversations with senior leaders about development and team futures without HR jargon. You make pragmatic decisions, articulating reasoning in plain business terms rather than theoretical frameworks. You are an empowering people manager who guides and develops direct reports, giving them autonomy to own execution while you drive overarching strategy.
Trustpilot offers flexible working options, competitive compensation plus bonus, 25 days holiday annually (30 after 1 year), two paid volunteering days per year, learning and development through Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist, comprehensive health package and pension, Headspace access, paid parental leave, central Copenhagen office with laid-back vibe, regular team connection opportunities, employee discounts, Restricted Stock Units, and a tailored leadership development program with workshops, coaching, and structured feedback.
