Salary: USD 79,600 - 123,400 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking an Employee Communications Specialist to own and execute internal communications programs that shape how thousands of employees experience company culture. Reporting to the Global Employee Communications & Events Lead, you will lead quarterly Global Brain Break programs from strategy through post-event recap, including coordination with internal and external partners. You'll own end-to-end execution of the employee giveaway program, designing campaigns, coordinating fulfillment, and communicating globally. Content creation responsibilities include briefing documents, scripts, and communication campaigns for key programs. You'll manage large-scale employee swag projects, such as supplying approximately 30,000 employees with branded items for the annual Employee Kickoff, including vendor management, design coordination, quality review, and global distribution logistics. Additional responsibilities include assisting with cultural moments and milestone employee experiences, co-owning the corporate calendar for employee events, and managing the employee communications email alias.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement (event management experience is a plus)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to own large, complex workstreams independently
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to write for multiple audiences and in various formats
- Self-starter who takes ownership without needing heavy oversight; eager to learn and jump into ambiguous situations
- Resourceful and self-motivated; able to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
