Salary: USD 126,800 - 221,900 / annual

ServiceNow is seeking a Manager of Employee Communications & Experiences to lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives for a global workforce. In this role, you will shape communications strategies and experiences that connect employees to company culture, business priorities, and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include: - Lead global employee events aligned with ServiceNow's Cultural Moments strategy, including Employee Belonging Groups initiatives, sustainability priorities, product launches, and other key moments. - Develop and execute communications strategies for major company experiences such as quarterly town halls, ServiceNow Live, annual Employee Kickoff, and other global moments that connect employees to company strategy. - Create global employee engagement campaigns that translate company initiatives into compelling participation opportunities. - Support live events on-site and collaborate with teams to deliver impactful employee experiences. - Develop AI-focused content and campaigns that build understanding and excitement around this critical business area. - Partner across Communications, Employee Belonging, ESG, Product, Marketing, and other functions to create cohesive employee experiences. - Own programs from concept through planning, launch, measurement, and iteration while maintaining stakeholder alignment. - Experiment with new engagement approaches, leveraging content, channels, and emerging technology to reach a distributed global workforce. - Use employee insights, engagement data, and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve program effectiveness. - Contribute to team growth and expertise development through collaboration and creative problem-solving. You will report to the Director of Employee Communications & Experiences in a highly collaborative role with opportunities to learn, innovate, and make meaningful impact on how employees experience ServiceNow. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field - 6-8 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement - Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to own large, complex workstreams independently - Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to write for multiple audiences and in various formats - Self-starter who takes ownership without requiring heavy oversight; eager to learn and navigate ambiguous situations - Resourceful and self-motivated; able to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
