As Tax Manager for EMEA, you will lead and develop a growing tax team while managing comprehensive tax compliance and strategy across the region. You'll own the tax calendar for both direct and indirect taxes across all relevant jurisdictions, coordinating and reviewing compliance processes. Your responsibilities include researching and analyzing taxation matters to provide tailored advice, identifying tax risks and planning opportunities, and determining uncertain tax exposures with appropriate provisioning.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Tax, Finance & Accounting teams, and external advisors to ensure accurate reporting, optimize processes, and support the wider organization. Key duties include managing tax compliance across multiple markets, defining tax parameters for new business activities, solving compliance issues, and continuously improving tools and processes. This role requires demonstrated ownership, leadership, and proactivity in a fast-growing, global business environment.
You'll work at the intersection of tax strategy and operational execution, helping Fever navigate complex global tax landscapes while maintaining financial compliance across its expanding international footprint.
