Okta is seeking a strategic, data-driven EMEA Digital Media Manager to own regional digital acquisition and paid media strategy across priority European markets including the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and other key growth regions. This is a manager-level individual contributor role with significant autonomy and regional ownership. You will translate global marketing strategy into a comprehensive EMEA digital media plan, determine investment deployment across markets and channels, and continuously optimize toward qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue outcomes. The role requires more than strong platform execution—you will develop a clear regional point of view, identify performance gaps, recommend investment shifts, and influence senior regional and global stakeholders with data-backed recommendations. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and leading regional paid media strategy across priority EMEA markets, translating global priorities into market-specific investment and activation plans - Owning regional paid media budgets and recommending shifts across geographies, channels, campaigns, and buyer motions based on performance and market opportunity - Building and optimizing integrated programs across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, retargeting, content syndication, and ABM/ABX motions - Moving beyond platform metrics to evaluate inquiry quality, qualified demand, opportunity creation, pipeline progression, and revenue impact - Surfacing trends and performance insights across EMEA and proactively recommending changes to targeting, media mix, creative, and investment - Identifying and scaling practical uses of generative AI and automation across localization, audience development, creative testing, and campaign operations - Serving as the senior digital media partner to EMEA Field Marketing, Global Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams - Incorporating intent, engagement, account, web, and CRM signals into media targeting and activation - Partnering with Marketing Operations and Analytics to strengthen conversion tracking, attribution, and platform optimization - Managing regional agencies and partners to ensure localized campaigns achieve cultural relevance and performance objectives - Establishing a regional test-and-learn roadmap across audiences, creative, channels, and emerging media opportunities You are a T-shaped digital leader who operates at the intersection of paid media, marketing technology, analytics, buyer behavior, and localization. You will use AI and automation to increase speed and scale while ensuring regional programs remain relevant to local markets and connected to measurable business outcomes. Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in digital media, digital acquisition, or demand generation, ideally within a high-growth B2B technology or enterprise SaaS environment - Demonstrated success managing digital programs across multiple European markets and navigating differences in buyer behavior, media ecosystems, language, and regulatory requirements - Ability to move comfortably between setting media strategy, analyzing performance, making investment recommendations, and executing directly in platforms - Strong understanding of complex enterprise buying cycles and how paid media contributes across awareness, demand capture, pipeline creation, and opportunity progression - Experience managing meaningful media budgets and making data-backed decisions about investment allocation - Advanced ability to translate complex performance data into clear business stories and recommendations; experience with Tableau, Looker, Salesforce, Marketo, and web analytics tools - Deep proficiency across major paid media platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic media, audience targeting, bidding, measurement, and optimization - Strong interest in using AI, automation, and emerging marketing technology to increase effectiveness, speed, and scale - Ability to synthesize complex inputs into concise recommendations and confidently influence stakeholders across global and regional organizations without direct authority - Demonstrated ability to operate through ambiguity, identify gaps, build better processes, and drive work forward independently - Fluency in English and strong understanding of localization across EMEA markets; fluency in another major European language is highly advantageous - Strong team orientation and willingness to contribute beyond immediate scope to drive shared regional and global outcomes
