As a Customer Success Manager in the EMEA region, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving product adoption and ensuring customers achieve their business objectives through the Lucid Suite. You will develop deep expertise in how Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and airfocus integrate into customer workflows across diverse use cases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop comprehensive understanding of the Lucid Suite and demonstrate integration across customer workflows and use cases
- Create and implement adoption strategies to help companies meet their objectives
- Build and strengthen relationships with key contacts from individual contributors to executive stakeholders
- Partner with Professional Services on change management, product advocacy, and awareness campaigns
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing engagement and coordinating multiple workstreams
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and drive ongoing adoption
- Serve as primary contact point for key customers, addressing questions and needs promptly
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty
- Collaborate with account teams and GTM leadership to improve processes and best practices
This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam, requiring in-person collaboration at the office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Experience, Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles
- Technical background (e.g., engineering) or very strong technical aptitude with desire to become a Lucid Suite expert
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to deliver technical presentations to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with customer relationship management tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead initiatives
- Fluent in English
- Professional fluency in any Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish)
