Claroty is seeking an experienced Controller to lead finance operations across EMEA and APAC regions. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage regional financial reporting, tax compliance, and payroll operations while mentoring the Regional Assistant Controller.
Key responsibilities include: owning month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes; managing revenue recognition under US GAAP ASC 606; conducting financial analysis and forecasting; and ensuring accurate, timely financial statements. You will have end-to-end responsibility for all tax matters across APAC and EMEA entities, including corporate tax reporting, direct taxes, employee-related taxation, and regulatory compliance. You'll partner with external tax advisors (Mazars) to oversee tax filings and ensure compliance across all jurisdictions.
Additional duties include supervising the payroll team, maintaining general ledger accuracy, staying current on accounting regulations, supporting external audits, and identifying process improvements. You'll collaborate with the corporate controller and cross-functional teams to support decision-making and implement new financial systems and tools, with emphasis on AI-driven solutions to modernize reporting infrastructure.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with CPA certification, 4+ years of finance/accounting experience, and Big 4 accounting firm background. Required skills include knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP, proficiency in Excel and financial software, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in SaaS or high-tech, NetSuite ERP knowledge, and AI efficiency mindset are preferred.
