Konfío is seeking an Executive Closer Hunter - Brokers to drive growth and activation of its master broker network in Mexico. The role combines business development, broker relationship management, and financial product expertise to generate consistent loan approvals and expand the allied network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and accelerate broker network growth by recruiting and onboarding new franchisees and strategic brokers
- Provide daily and ongoing training to the broker network on financial products and credit solutions
- Actively manage assigned broker portfolio and reactivate dormant accounts to maintain competitive positioning
- Provide specialized support to brokers, resolve inquiries, and track documentation to generate new credit applications
- Review corporate documentation and legal requirements to streamline the approval process
- Collaborate with internal Closer team to ensure proper case assignment and acceleration
The ideal candidate will be a proactive prospector with strong relationship-building skills, comfortable working under pressure, and driven by achievement. You will serve as a bridge between Konfío's financial products and a network of brokers, ensuring they have the knowledge and support to place loans effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or incomplete) in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience managing brokers, serving clients, and analyzing financial needs to close opportunities
- Strong knowledge of multi-product credit offerings, amortization tables, interest rate management, and corporate document analysis (Persona Moral)
- Excellent prospecting and hunter mentality: high persuasion ability, public speaking skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong goal orientation
