Kapital is seeking a Relationship Executive with foreign exchange expertise to develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients across two locations: León, Guanajuato and Loreto, Baja California Sur.
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and attracting new corporate clients, developing and managing assigned client portfolios, and promoting financial solutions with a focus on foreign exchange operations. You will identify client needs and provide personalized attention, prepare commercial proposals, and manage negotiations through to close. You will track client files, maintain long-term commercial relationships, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure proper client service and transaction execution.
Key responsibilities include meeting placement, profitability, and business generation targets; conducting client visits and commercial activities; and serving as the primary point of contact for corporate clients in the foreign exchange space.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Proven experience in commercial roles within the financial or banking sector
- Essential experience in foreign exchange commercialization or operations
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, client acquisition, and portfolio management
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Strong results orientation, negotiation skills, and customer service focus
- Availability for client visits and commercial activities
- Desirable: existing portfolio of corporate clients
