Salary: USD 204,400 - 379,600 / annual

DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, seeks an Executive Director of Workforce & User Experience to lead the design of future work and end-to-end associate experience across critical enterprise transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of organizational design, user experience, and digital transformation within one of the world's leading healthcare organizations. You will define and scale future-work design methodologies across enterprise transformation programs, ensuring that innovative solutions are usable, responsible, and human-centered. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end experience design spanning workflows, services, technology, and associate interactions; embedding responsible AI governance and human accountability into future-state designs; directing research, service blueprinting, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability validation; and translating future-work concepts into workforce, skills, capacity, and organizational implications. You will partner across functions to align workforce strategies with adoption and implementation plans, establish design governance frameworks and quality standards, and champion accessibility, privacy, and compliance across all transformation programs. The role includes building and mentoring a team of design leaders and user experience professionals, as well as managing external design partners. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred); 12+ years of experience in service design, experience design, user experience, human-centered design, workforce transformation, organization design, digital product design, or enterprise transformation; demonstrated experience leading end-to-end redesign of complex workflows and experiences; proven ability to integrate associate, customer, business process, data, technology, and human-AI interaction perspectives; experience building and leading teams; and executive-level communication and influence skills. This position is based in East Hanover, NJ and requires travel (domestic and/or international). It is not eligible for remote work.
