Salary: USD 236,600 - 439,400 / annual

DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, seeks an Executive Director, Product Strategy Lead to drive integrated product strategy for a therapeutic indication in the US market. This is a Band Level 7 role based in East Hanover, NJ or Cambridge, MA (20% travel required; no remote work). You will lead the creation, implementation, orchestration, and measurement of comprehensive product strategies for an assigned indication, reporting to a General Manager. Key responsibilities include: • Define critical integrated priorities and KPIs for the assigned product/indication in consultation with cross-functional teams • Own significant P&L responsibility for the product while enabling partner functions in resource management • Drive top-line results through strategic choices and decisive action against integrated KPIs • Lead cross-functional resource allocation to maximize product impact • Establish and coordinate KPI management across all functions supporting the integrated product strategy • Partner with functional heads (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical, Patient Support, Insights) on trade-off decisions • Collaborate with other General Managers on enterprise-level decisions and product/indication trade-offs • Ensure customer engagement and relationship building inform strategic approach and performance metrics You will be a key member of the General Manager team within the Integrated Product Strategy Organization, demonstrating accountability for your assigned product and broader enterprise leadership across the US Pharma organization. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred); 10+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or healthcare consulting; 3+ years direct responsibility for large budget management with ownership of key product trade-off decisions; 3+ years leading and translating integrated product strategy requiring global and local alignment; US market launch and product lifecycle experience or General Manager experience in other regions. US market experience strongly preferred; global or other regional experience (6+ months) preferred.
