The Delivery Lead role sits within an embedded project delivery team, reporting to the Project Delivery Manager. You will own day-to-day coordination across all project disciplines—design, procurement, execution, safety, quality, and controls—ensuring smooth weekly progress and alignment across complex workstreams.
Key responsibilities include: tracking progress against project plans and surfacing risks early; running cross-discipline coordination meetings and managing follow-ups; supporting the Project Delivery Manager with decision-making and problem-solving; maintaining clear project documentation and status reporting; resolving interface issues between disciplines before they impact schedule or cost; supporting readiness planning for key milestones; onboarding new team members and contractors; and escalating significant issues with clear context and options.
You should have experience coordinating delivery on data center or complex capital projects, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel workstreams. You need good judgment on escalation, clear communication to keep stakeholders aligned, and comfort in fast-paced, hands-on environments. On-site presence as required by the project is expected.
Nice-to-have qualifications include specific data center or MEP-heavy construction experience, familiarity with project controls tools and reporting, and a trajectory toward Project Delivery Manager roles.
