Pigment is seeking a Domain Principal for Supply Chain to lead the strategic vision and execution of supply chain planning capabilities within its AI-powered business planning platform. This is a senior technical leadership role focused on building world-class supply chain solutions that serve enterprise customers like Unilever, Snowflake, and Siemens.
In this role, you will own the product strategy, architecture, and roadmap for supply chain planning features. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to define and deliver solutions that address complex supply chain challenges. Your responsibilities include:
- Defining the product vision and strategy for supply chain planning capabilities
- Leading technical architecture and design decisions for supply chain modules
- Collaborating with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions
- Mentoring and guiding product and engineering teams on supply chain domain expertise
- Driving adoption and customer success for supply chain features
- Staying current with supply chain industry trends and competitive landscape
You'll be part of Pigment's 600+ person team across six global offices. The company has raised nearly $400M from top-tier investors and was named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Financial Planning Software. Pigment's platform connects people, data, and processes to enable real-time strategic planning across Finance, HR, and Operations.
This role requires deep supply chain domain expertise, strong product thinking, and the ability to influence and lead without direct management authority. You should have a track record of building successful B2B SaaS products or features in the supply chain, planning, or operations space.
