Key responsibilities include:

- Researching, analyzing, onboarding, and activating new organizations into Figma's formal distribution partner program
- Managing existing service and commercial partners to drive revenue and meet LATAM customer needs
- Partnering with Figma's GTM teams to source, scope, and progress partner-influenced opportunities
- Creating repeatable service offering playbooks that partners can execute to drive adoption and retention
- Expanding usage and adoption of Figma's AI products through partner reach and influence
- Educating the partner ecosystem on Figma's products, services, and capabilities
- Developing internal relationships with sales, marketing, customer experience, and product teams to identify collaboration opportunities
This is a full-time role based in one of Figma's US hubs (San Francisco or New York) or remote within the United States.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of total experience in equivalent or relevant fields
- 4+ years of experience working with external partners (systems integrators, agencies, consulting firms) to advance customer and GTM efforts across multiple LATAM markets
- Demonstrated ability to build new partner strategies, tactics, and programs from scratch while personally managing relationships with multiple strategic partners simultaneously
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Ability to travel once per month
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM role
- Background in the design or digital product development space
- Experience selling to product-oriented and technical audiences
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
- Proven experience with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC
