Obsidian Therapeutics is seeking a Director, G&A Digital Business Partner to lead enterprise business systems strategy and execution. This is a hands-on individual contributor role (not managing a team) responsible for partnering with Finance, People, Legal, and Procurement to shape and deliver the roadmap, operations, integrations, compliance, and continuous improvement of Obsidian's core G&A systems portfolio.
You will oversee platforms including NetSuite, Adaptive, FloQast, ADP, Greenhouse, Pave, Concur, Prendio, ContractLogix, and ActiveDisclosure/DFIN, ensuring they remain scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, building data and process foundations, and preparing the organization for future ERP transformation.
The role requires strong background in enterprise business systems, finance systems ownership, and public-company SOX ITGC (IT General Controls) execution. You will be a vital part of the Digital Solutions & Technology team at this biotech company pioneering engineered cell and gene therapies. Obsidian's lead program (amsoki-cel/OBX-115) is in clinical development for metastatic melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer treatment.
