Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 / annual

As Director of Technical Recruiting, you will lead CLEAR's technical recruiting strategy and team, reporting to senior technology leadership. You'll own the end-to-end technical talent strategy, translating business priorities and workforce plans into actionable recruiting initiatives. This is a people-leadership role managing a team of Technical Recruiters while partnering closely with the CTO and senior technology leaders. Key responsibilities include: - Leading CLEAR's technical recruiting strategy and team to align hiring priorities, resources, and efforts with business needs - Partnering with the CTO and senior technology leaders to understand organizational priorities, anticipate talent needs, and develop strategic hiring plans - Coaching, developing, and leading a high-performing team of Technical Recruiters with clear expectations and elevated standards for execution and candidate experience - Leveraging recruiting data, talent market intelligence, and business insights to influence hiring strategies and advise leaders on attracting exceptional technical talent - Building trusted relationships across Technology and People functions while continuously improving recruiting processes and practices Success will be measured by achievement of technical hiring plans, quality of hire, offer acceptance rates, candidate experience, recruiting efficiency (time to fill, pipeline health), and performance/development of your recruiting team. Requirements: - 8+ years of recruiting experience, including team leadership in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments - Deep expertise in technical recruiting with a proven track record building strategies and delivering talent across complex, high-bar technical roles - Ability to partner with senior executives and technology leaders, influence hiring strategy, and translate business priorities into actionable talent plans - Demonstrated skill using recruiting data and talent market insights to identify opportunities and drive better hiring decisions - Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams while managing multiple priorities, ambiguity, and rapidly changing business needs
