Salary: USD 200,000 - 230,000 / annual

The company enables brands to run performance-driven creator programs while helping top creators monetize their influence and partner directly with brands they love.
As Director of Strategy & Operations, you will report directly to the COO and serve as a driving force behind the company's most impactful initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to tackle complex business challenges, develop and execute strategic plans, and oversee high-priority projects that enable scalable growth.
Key responsibilities include: leading the development, execution, and success of company-wide strategic initiatives aligned with business goals; collaborating with senior leadership to address key business challenges and deliver data-driven insights; developing and optimizing processes to enhance operations and support scalable growth; identifying opportunities through in-depth analysis and proposing forward-thinking solutions; taking end-to-end ownership of mission-critical projects from concept through performance evaluation; fostering cross-functional collaboration across the organization; and mentoring team members to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred); 8-10+ years of professional experience in management consulting, finance, or strategy & operations roles at high-growth startups or SaaS companies; proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact; outstanding analytical skills with data-driven approach; exceptional communication and influence abilities with C-suite presentation experience; strong project management skills; hands-on mindset; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite (SQL or other data analysis tools a plus).
