Nooks is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for go-to-market teams. The company designs AI agents that automate sales workflows—from account strategy to prospect research and outreach—enabling sellers to focus on closing deals. With 1,500+ customers including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling, Nooks has raised $70M+ from top-tier VCs like Kleiner Perkins and has tripled ARR annually for three consecutive years.
You will build Nooks' strategic partnerships function from zero to one. This is a high-leverage growth channel requiring you to define strategy, identify priority partner types (resellers, sales consultancies, agencies, system integrators, platform partners), and personally close the first agreements. You'll own the full partnership lifecycle: opportunity identification, business case development, negotiation, launch, and relationship management to drive measurable pipeline results.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and structuring partnership agreements (referral, reseller, co-sell, and platform partnerships with firms like Google, AWS, Salesforce); designing commercial models and go-to-market motions for each partner type; activating your existing network to move quickly; collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Legal on deal structuring; coordinating with field leadership on events and enterprise marketing initiatives; and building and leading the partnerships team as the function scales.
You'll work across a diverse partner landscape—from boutique consultancies to Big Four firms—with a commercially-minded, lead-generation focus. Partnerships must translate into pipeline, not just brand association. This role starts as an individual builder and evolves into a people leadership position as the team grows.
