Enigma Technologies is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead high-value client relationships and drive revenue growth. The company provides business identity and financial signal data through APIs and AI agents, serving financial institutions, data platforms, and AI systems for KYB, AML compliance, merchant risk, and go-to-market enrichment. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of Enigma's largest accounts, from onboarding through retention and expansion, with direct accountability for revenue targets and renewals. You'll serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite stakeholders, diagnosing their most pressing business challenges and developing tailored strategies for embedding Enigma's data into their workflows and decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building business cases, and partnering with Sales to close expansion deals. You'll synthesize customer feedback and market signals to influence Enigma's product roadmap and go-to-market positioning, with a seat at the strategic table. You'll also lead complex client engagements, design strategy plans, manage implementation initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Sales. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience from a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company, ideally with client-facing or commercial responsibilities. You should be a structured thinker who breaks down ambiguous problems and drives execution with rigor. Strong commercial acumen is essential—you understand revenue dynamics and are energized by owning a number. Executive presence is critical; you're comfortable presenting to C-level audiences and navigating complex organizational dynamics. You should be analytically strong, fluent in data, comfortable with SQL and Python, and experienced using data to build narratives and drive decisions. Bonus experience includes financial services, fintech, payments, or data/SaaS backgrounds; familiarity with data products, APIs, business intelligence tools, or ML concepts; and a track record of managing strategic, high-value client relationships.
