ASAPP is an AI-powered customer experience platform serving enterprise contact centers. The company is seeking a Director, Strategic Accounts to manage and grow a national territory, balancing new logo acquisition with expansion of existing customer relationships. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, educating them on contact center optimization, AI/ML adoption, and industry-specific best practices. You'll develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies grounded in personalized research and clear value hypotheses. Key responsibilities include: • Acting as the primary liaison between customers and ASAPP, advocating for product optimization and identifying creative ways to generate incremental value • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and yearly bookings targets while providing consistent, reliable forecasting • Working closely with customers and channel partners to evangelize ASAPP and drive market adoption • Partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to optimize customer experience and business outcomes • Leading critical projects that improve effectiveness across the customer lifecycle, from early business development through steady-state operations • Driving communication and collaboration among internal teams to win business and maximize opportunity scope You'll work with a globally distributed team across New York City, Mountain View, Latin America, and India in a hybrid environment. The role emphasizes consultative, solution-oriented selling with a focus on transformative business outcomes rather than transactional product sales. REQUIREMENTS: • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS specifically to Customer Experience and/or Contact Center industry • Solid understanding of the Customer Service/Experience industry • Technical proficiency with advanced software technologies (e.g., AI) • Extreme curiosity with bias toward consultative, solution-oriented selling • Ability to navigate complex organizations across all levels, including C-suite and IT, and identify/empower internal champions • High integrity, humility, and persistent follow-through • Positive attitude, tireless work ethic, and sense of urgency • Presumptive closer mentality IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Demonstrates knowledge of navigating complex enterprise organizations and identifying internal champions • Prioritizes relationships and open dialogue over product-centric selling • Conducts thorough research, asks strategic questions, and listens with intent to guide customers • Knows which resources to leverage and uses the full force of the business and its assets
