As Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations for the ANZ region, you will serve as a senior strategic partner to the Head of ANZ, acting as the connective tissue between strategy, regulatory engagement, people, and product. This is a high-visibility role that shapes how the business grows and operates across all functions. Key responsibilities include: developing and refreshing the region's long-term strategy and translating it into clear priorities; preparing board and senior leadership reporting that combines commercial performance with strategic and regulatory context; serving as a key liaison with regulatory bodies and internal compliance/legal teams to ensure growth plans align with regulatory obligations; partnering with People & Talent on organizational design and workforce planning; representing regional priorities to global product and engineering teams; owning non-commercial strategic initiatives (brand, partnerships, corporate projects); building trusted advisor relationships across commercial, product, legal, risk, and People & Talent functions; and leading ad hoc strategic projects as directed. You bring 10+ years of experience, including significant tenure in top-tier management consulting and/or senior strategy roles at high-growth B2B or technology companies. You have proven experience operating at or presenting to board/senior executive level, leading complex cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business functions, and working in or with regulated industries. You excel at stakeholder management and influencing without formal authority, communicate exceptionally well to senior audiences, and thrive with ambiguity, ownership, and autonomy in fast-paced environments. Preferred experience includes chief of staff or corporate strategy roles supporting a GM/CEO/regional leader, background in fintech/payments/financial services, partnership with strong operational counterparts, and an MBA or advanced degree.
