Salary: USD 178,848 - 234,738 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking a Director of Provider Experience to lead strategy and implementation within the Provider Integration and Experience department. This role reports to the VP of Provider Integration & Experience and is responsible for developing and executing initiatives that enhance provider engagement, relations, and overall experience.
Key responsibilities include: setting and driving strategy to uncover new opportunities and increase program value; acting as a thought leader and competitive analyst within the provider integration space; working cross-functionally with other departments to execute initiatives and manage accountability through indirect leadership; managing large-scale company and departmental strategic initiatives; reporting business health metrics and insights to senior leadership; and developing and supporting direct reports in their professional growth.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of healthcare strategy and operations experience, 6+ years of leadership experience, and 3+ years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives. Bonus qualifications include a Master's degree, clinical licensure, management consulting experience in healthcare, Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills, and growth-stage company experience.
