Salary: USD 178,848 - 234,738 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking a Director of Provider Experience to lead strategy and execution within the Provider Integration and Experience department. This role reports to the VP of Provider Integration & Experience and owns the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance provider engagement, relations, and satisfaction across Oscar's health insurance platform.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing provider experience strategy; identifying competitive opportunities and uncovering new value drivers; acting as a thought leader and cross-functional partner on company initiatives; managing large-scale cross-functional programs; building and presenting business metrics and management reporting to senior leadership; and developing direct reports through mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of healthcare strategy and operations experience, 6+ years of leadership experience managing teams, and 3+ years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives. Bonus qualifications include a Master's degree, clinical licensure, management consulting background in healthcare, Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills, and growth-stage company experience.
