Procurify is an agentic procurement platform trusted by hundreds of mid-market organizations globally to manage over $100B in spend. As Director of Product Marketing, you'll lead the function at a critical inflection point, owning how Procurify is understood and positioned in the market. You'll own the company narrative, messaging architecture, market segmentation, and analyst relationships that shape Procurify's competitive positioning. This is a senior leadership role with full executive visibility and direct responsibility for two Product Marketing Managers, whom you'll coach and develop as leaders. Key responsibilities include: defining positioning strategy and differentiation in procurement; building and maintaining company-level messaging as a single source of truth; owning the AI and agentic narrative for finance and operations buyers; conducting deep customer research and win/loss analysis; shaping analyst relations strategy; setting execution standards and quality bars for the function; owning launch strategy across the product portfolio; building an AI-enabled PMM practice with repeatable workflows; influencing roadmap, pricing, and packaging decisions with market insight; creating enablement deliverables (positioning one-pagers, battlecards, playbooks, demo narratives); training Sales and Customer Success on messaging; and establishing competitive intelligence standards. This is a true player-coach role: you'll guide your PMMs' strategy and raise work quality while directly owning company-level and cross-portfolio initiatives. AI fluency is table stakes—you'll use AI to analyze information, build workflows, create and evaluate work, and scale team impact. Required: 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with significant Product Marketing leadership and direct people management experience. You've owned company-level positioning and messaging for multi-product or complex SaaS platforms, including meaningful repositioning or category shifts. You've led go-to-market strategy across product portfolios from segmentation through sales enablement and market adoption. You can turn customer, competitive, win/loss, and market insights into decisions on positioning, roadmap, pricing, and investment. You've built credibility with executives, Sales, Product, Customer Success, customers, and analysts, influencing decisions without relying on organizational authority. You've built and coached high-performing Product Marketing teams.
