NeuroFlow is a behavioral health platform that integrates into the healthcare ecosystem to identify population risk early, engage individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enable care teams to make smarter decisions. The company has been recognized by TIME Magazine as one of the World's Top HealthTech Companies of 2025 and is backed by investors including HLM Venture Partners, SEMCAP Health, Builders VC, and Dreamit, alongside NSF and DoD grant funding.
As Director, Product Marketing, you will serve as second-in-command of the marketing team and own product marketing strategy and content development for the rapidly growing health plan and managed care segment. This is a marketing-centered role focused on positioning, narrative, enablement, and launch execution—not product management or roadmap ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product & Solution Launches:** Lead go-to-market planning and execution for core solutions (new and existing), including segmentation, ICP definition, messaging, sales readiness, launch calendar, and post-launch measurement. Partner with Product from early roadmap review through general availability to ensure new capabilities arrive with market-ready narrative. Run post-launch retrospectives that feed adoption data, win/loss signal, and field feedback into the next positioning cycle.
**Solutioning:** Package NeuroFlow's product and service capabilities into standardized, buyer-centered solutions defined by the problem a buyer is solving, not by internal module or team. Partner with Product, Sales, and commercial leadership to define solution boundaries, naming, and packaging so sales reps can sell and buyers can understand what they're buying.
**Sales Enablement & Field Alignment:** Develop positioning, ROI models, user stories, and demo narratives. Keep these sharp, current, and grounded in what's actually winning and losing in the field. Work closely with Sales and Product to ensure alignment on messaging and value proposition.
**Content & Narrative Development:** Create content that supports go-to-market execution, including case studies, battle cards, webinars, and thought leadership that positions NeuroFlow's solutions in the health plan and managed care market.
You will work cross-functionally with senior leaders across Product, Sales, and Client Success to shape company-wide GTM strategy. The role requires deep understanding of the healthcare market, particularly health plans and managed care organizations, and the ability to translate complex AI-driven behavioral health solutions into clear, buyer-centric narratives.
As a HIPAA-compliant organization, all team members must act in accordance with NeuroFlow's Information Security Policies, protect organizational assets, report security events, and execute security processes as defined for their role.
