ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product-led partnership strategy across the security and risk ecosystem. This is an individual contributor role with enterprise-wide scope and executive-level influence, reporting to senior leadership and serving as the internal authority on partnership value creation.
You will identify and qualify partnership opportunities across security operations, agentic SOC, identity, threat and vulnerability management, governance, risk, and compliance. Your responsibilities include setting partnership strategy, leading technical due diligence and integration architecture from qualification through go-to-market activation, building business cases for partnership investment, and defining success metrics such as adoption, attach rate, and win/loss analysis.
You will incubate early customer adoptions to validate joint solution outcomes, track competitive and regulatory trends across the ecosystem, and shape leadership decisions on partner investment and co-sell motions. Cross-functional collaboration is central to the role: you will align engineering, platform, product marketing, security, risk, and GTM teams, and represent ServiceNow in executive-level partner and customer conversations requiring product-level technical context.
ServiceNow is the AI control tower for business reinvention, with 85% of the Fortune 500 as customers. Security and Risk is a priority area, and this role is critical to driving growth through partner-led motions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of enterprise security product management with working knowledge of security and AI stack
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to operate across broad security and risk scope (security operations, agentic SOC, identity, governance, risk, compliance) and synthesize coherent strategy
- Track record of setting multi-year product strategy and influencing VP and C-level decisions internally and at partner/customer organizations
- Experience leading product strategy for technology partnerships, including build-vs-partner analysis, technical due diligence, and integration architecture
- Experience owning business cases for partnership investment with accountability for outcomes
- Comfort influencing roadmaps you don't own, both internal and partner-side
- Strong collaborator able to align senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences
- Experience integrating AI into product decisions or partner solution evaluation (strong plus)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform, security and risk applications, and competitive landscape (plus)
