ServiceNow seeks a Director of Product Management to lead product strategy for the Microsoft partnership across ServiceNow's full vertical stack, spanning data, AI, agents, governance, and industry-specific workflows. This is a senior individual contributor role with enterprise-wide scope and executive-level influence, serving as ServiceNow's definitive internal authority on how the platform aligns with Microsoft's product stack end-to-end.
The role encompasses setting strategy for technical due diligence, roadmap alignment, and integration delivery across the Microsoft relationship. You will establish and continuously evolve the enterprise view of where ServiceNow's and Microsoft's stacks intersect, ensuring unified ownership rather than fragmented layer-by-layer management. Key responsibilities include driving dual-roadmap alignment, translating Microsoft's capability changes into internal roadmap asks, and translating ServiceNow's roadmap into Microsoft-facing requirements.
You will define and advocate ServiceNow's positioning on how Microsoft's stack complements the platform, articulating this clearly to internal and partner stakeholders. You'll own success metrics and measure downstream customer-funnel signals (adoption, attach rate, win/loss) in partnership with go-to-market and field teams, using these insights to drive roadmap and investment decisions. The role requires prioritization and resourcing recommendations across this broad scope, deciding where to go deep versus defer, and shaping leadership-level decisions on deeper strategic engagement with Microsoft.
You will track competitive and industry trends across the Microsoft ecosystem and lead cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Platform, Product Marketing, and GTM teams. You'll represent ServiceNow in executive and strategic customer and partner engagements where Microsoft-specific technical context is needed, without owning the deal itself.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of enterprise SaaS product management experience with working knowledge of key SaaS growth drivers
- Demonstrated ability to operate across a wide, multi-layered product scope (data, AI, agents, governance, application-layer partnership work) without needing it reduced to a fixed checklist
- Track record of setting multi-year product strategy and influencing decisions at VP and C-level, internally and at partner or customer organizations
- Experience critically integrating AI into product decision-making, workflow design, or technical evaluation of partner solutions
- Experience leading product strategy for technology partnerships, including build-vs-partner analysis, technical due diligence, and integration architecture
- Experience owning business cases for partnership investment with accountability for outcomes, combining analytical rigor with judgment under ambiguity
- Comfort operating with dual accountability: influencing an internal roadmap you don't own and a partner roadmap you don't control
- Highly collaborative; able to drive alignment and decisions across many internal teams at senior leadership level without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent partnership rationale to both technical and executive audiences
- Ability to paint a compelling vision to inspire teams and senior stakeholders across a broad, evolving scope
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and applications portfolio (plus)
- Broad familiarity with Microsoft's AI, data, and agent product ecosystem (strong plus); depth in a few areas plus fluency across the rest preferred over deep expertise in only one area
- Hands-on product management experience with AI-powered or AI-enabled enterprise software (strong plus)
