Cyberhaven is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the company's integration ecosystem strategy and execution. The role owns the end-to-end ecosystem, from strategic partner selection and integration roadmap prioritization to technical discovery, program management, and launch execution. Key responsibilities include: defining the ecosystem investment thesis and keeping it current as markets evolve; owning the integration roadmap across all partner-facing surfaces (connectors, APIs, data sharing, marketplace); making build/partner/pass decisions with clear recommendations; leading technical discovery conversations with partner engineering teams; program-managing integrations from planning through launch and adoption; equipping go-to-market teams with enablement materials; and defining and tracking success metrics focused on time-to-value, coverage, and revenue impact. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in cybersecurity, data security, or enterprise infrastructure. You should have owned an integration, platform, or ecosystem surface at an enterprise cloud company and personally shaped a partner strategy. Technical depth is essential—you'll need credibility with engineering teams and the ability to discuss APIs, data models, identity, and telemetry architecture. Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem and emerging AI landscape is required. You'll operate as an individual contributor with executive exposure, comfortable navigating cross-company dependencies and holding partners accountable to shared timelines. Cyberhaven is a well-funded ($250M) data security platform built for the agentic enterprise, with a team including leaders from CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Meta, and Google. The company's data lineage technology is a market leader in DLP and DSPM, and this role shapes the next generation of products and market presence.
